Francesca (she/her) specializes in helping sensitive people, perfectionists, athletes, and people-pleasers navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. She works with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, or feelings of disconnection from themselves. As an art therapist, Francesca integrates art therapy, talk therapy, and mindfulness to support clients in exploring thoughts and emotions, developing coping skills, and finding meaningful ways to express themselves.

Francesca earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Frostburg State University and her Master’s in Art Therapy from Notre Dame of Maryland University.

Francesca believes therapy should be a space where clients can slow down, feel heard, and explore their experiences without judgment. She takes an integrative approach that draws from art therapy, person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy, humanistic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, meeting each client where they are and collaboratively shaping therapy around their individual needs, strengths, and goals. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to be themselves and explore what matters most to them. If you feel Francesca could be a good fit, please reach out to get on her schedule!
